Look, we want you to love your Volley-Pal gear as much as you love a perfectly placed tip over the block. If something's not right, we'll fix it—no complicated rotations required.

We offer refunds for:

  • Items we sent incorrectly (our bad—even setters mishit sometimes)
  • Damaged or defective products (because nobody wants a shirt with more holes than your team's serve receive)

The Fine Print (But Make It Friendly): Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Just hit us up at hello@thevolleypal.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We'll take it from there.

Keep Your Shirt Game Strong: For best long-term results, follow the washing and care instructions that come with your order. Treat your tee right, and it'll last longer than your volleyball career (we hope that's a long time).
